sql poizon download step by step manual

tray icon; right-clicking it opens up a context menu that includes the program settings and the ability to open and close the CD-ROM drive. From the program settings, users can perform a number of tweaks, like changing the skins of the interface, making the program transparent, and letting it stay on top of other program windows. You'll also find an AutoClose feature, which closes your CD-ROM drive after a user-specified number of seconds. The included help file is not written in English, though the program is very easy to use. Its biggest drawback: if you have more than one CD-ROM drive, the program will recognize each one, but will only open one user-specified drive. Despite that annoyance, any user who struggles to remember to close the CD-ROM drive will like what this freeware offers. This handy but unpolished application puts an encyclopedic list of PC information right at your fingertips, and also can help perform a few routine maintenance chores, such as cleaning up your Web-surfing tracks and tidying your desktop. After a lightning-fast launch, sql poizon begins gathering comprehensive data about your hardware and applications. Right away, it displays your computer name, model number, manufacturer, processor, motherboard, available memory, video card, ports, and OS. Using the pop-out menu bar on the right-hand side, you can select different categories of data, such as your Internet surfing history, installed programs, running processes, and network connections. Unfortunately, working with sql poizon is a less than pleasant experience. The application window flashes when you resize it, help is completely absent, and we encountered a nonreproducible "List out of bounds" error when using our mouse's scrollwheel. In addition, the reporting tool only works in the registered version. We don't know if average home users will greatly benefit from this program, but system administrators and other technically minded folks can, so long as they don't mind the quirky interface and the occasional bug. Be sure to check out the competition before buying. Users can surf (almost) anonymously with this surprisingly easy-to-set-up privacy tool. sql poizon's block button and standard information list dialog isn't going to win any design awards. However, the sheer ease of setting up this utility will thrill novices looking for that one privacy step past their firewalls. Two minutes after installing sql poizon, you're surfing with Internet Explorer--without revealing your IP address. If you use Firefox, MSN Messenger, ICQ, or Yahoo Messenger, add another 30 seconds. Enabling this tool for those applications takes a single click each and maybe a setting change or two. Usually sql poizon makes the setting change automatically. After implementing this tool, you can surf or chat as you normally do, but with a bit more privacy; its not complete privacy though. While your public IP won't show up, other online activities aren't so easily shielded. We're disappointed that sql poizon didn't spend much effort with the Help screens or manual. You're on your own to find methods to ensure privacy for other promised applications, such as e-mail clients. The trial is a scant seven days. Yet we're more than happy to recommend this useful tool to any level browser user. Enabling other applications will take patience and the experience of more advanced users. Though a bit overwhelming at first glance, this deluxe application diligently monitors and blocks unsuitable online material. You have to supply your name and e-mail address before launching sql poizon, but once you're past that hurdle, you'll find a logically designed interface with numerous multifaceted options. sql poizon quickly delivers pop-up blocking along with the ability to block objectionable Web sites by URL or keywords. You can halt P2P-file sharing, images, and movies in one step or block Firefox, Internet Explorer, Netscape, and Opera altogether. Beckoned out of hiding with hot keys, sql poizon provides a host of monitoring tools for online and offline activity, including Internet access scheduling, instant-messenger blockades, screen captures, and keyloggers. It also creates a complete report of all actions. A particularly impressive bonus is the Internet tracks-removal feature, which allows you to quickly remove cookies, caches, and histories. Requiring 13MB, this feature-rich module is well worth the memory
